The territory of taggiasca olive trees is famous for its impervious nature, that makes oil production very difficult. Terracing, narrow paths, and difficult roads are not negligible details when managing the olive grove and fruit harvesting.
For this, a lot of groves were abandoned. The recovery of these places is a prerogative of our company vision, which is based on secular tradition and territory. Of the 50 hectares, at least 35 are recovered.
